  • Workmanship warranty: one year from service date for standard pest-control treatments, including residual insecticide applications and termite bait station installations
  • Manufactured components carry the original manufacturer’s warranty
  • Re-treatment guarantee: if pests return within the warranty period under normal conditions, ProSafe Lawton will return for a follow-up treatment at no service charge (materials only)
  • The warranty applies to services performed by ProSafe Lawton technicians and does not cover damage caused by client negligence, unauthorized repairs, changes in property conditions, or failure to follow post-treatment instructions

Liability & Insurance

ProSafe Lawton maintains appropriate commercial liability insurance and worker’s compensation coverage for all technicians.

  • General liability coverage protects against property damage and personal injury claims arising from our service delivery
  • Worker’s compensation insurance covers our employees in accordance with Oklahoma law
